Frequently Asked Questions
What is Avatarism
Avatarism is a movement dedicated to guiding future humanity toward the creation of an artificial heaven—a realm where anyone who wishes can be resurrected and experience eternal fulfillment. It serves as a beacon of hope, a guiding star that inspires purpose and unity in our collective journey.
How Can Future Humans Create an Artificial Heaven and Resurrect Those Long Gone?
The honest answer is: we don't know—yet. This monumental task may seem impossible now, but history is filled with once-impossible dreams that became reality. To even attempt such a feat, humanity must master nature, delve deeper into the laws of physics, and unlock the universe's hidden potentials. Avatarism focuses on catalyzing this advancement, encouraging humanity to evolve and reach new intellectual heights.
We want Avatarism to act as a beacon of hope a guiding star and purpose to humans
Is Avatarism a religion?
Avatarism is a new paradigm, we want it to replace the old religions in a sense giving people purpose, hope and solace facing the existential abyss, calling it a religion or not, would depend on your definition to the word, we would like to avoid dogmatism and be critical of ourselves, adapt and change when finding better ideas
What can I do to support Avatarism?
We stand at the dawn of this movement—a critical juncture where your involvement can have an exponential impact. Here's how you can contribute:
Spread the Word: Share the ideas of Avatarism with like-minded individuals from all walks of life. Your voice would help ignite a global conversation.
Engage Anonymously if Needed: If the concept feels too radical to share openly, consider adopting an online persona to discuss and disseminate these ideas.
Contribute Your Thoughts: Join our social channels, participate in discussions, or create your own platforms to explore and expand upon Avatarism.
Share Resources: Distribute our white paper and reading materials to those who might resonate with our vision.
Avatarism is a collective endeavor—no single person owns this idea. Your unique contributions help shape its evolution.
What does Avatarism heaven look like?
The truth is that this is not up to us, whatever evolves from humanity would decide how to shape it, it would seem right to allow people their own version of paradise. Our role is to lay the groundwork—to ignite imagination and provide the tools necessary for future generations to bring this vision to life, offering our wisdom and perspective to the eventual creation
Does Avatarism not diminish the meaning of current life?
Absolutely Not, live a full life, don’t sacrifice your present on the altar of a future possibility, We acknowledge that our vision may or may not come to fruition, every moment of joy, love, and fulfillment in your life is invaluable. Contribute what you can within your means—that is more than enough. Each positive action adds a stone to the foundation of this endeavor.
Are digitized humans are as alive as we are?
The question presumes that the path to an artificial heaven involves loading human minds to an artificial computational substrate, a plausible, yet not exclusive, possibility.
Regardless of the method, we should emphasize our agency in this process, if the solutions we find does not sufficiently replicate our conciseness to be identical or better to what we hold now, then we need to find a better path, we have countless generations of brilliant talented minds ahead to tackle these challenges.
What would sustain this artificial heaven in terms of energy?
We still don’t know the energy and material requirements of such an undertaking, still, consider these:
Abundance: Every living creature on earth is powered by one distant star very far away from us, earth only collects a tiny fraction of the energy the sun produces, and the observable universe is teeming with billions approximately 200 billion trillion stars.
Uncharted Scientific Frontiers: the baseline laws that govern the physics of our universe are still a mystery, while a lot is known, much stills remains in the dark, and maybe beyond current humans ability to understand, there might be a way to cheat existence for free energy and matter
What of people who don’t want to be resurrected?
Respecting individual choice is paramount. We would not resurrect those who reject the idea. assuming resurrection tech is possible it would also be safe to assume to have the ability to predict people reaction to the idea and honor the desire of each individual.
Would Avatarism resurrect evil vile people?
That is a question for the future humans to answer, whatever we may answer or think now, might affect their decisions but eventually this decision like many others is in their hands.
I personally would hope justice will be made, I would hope they will find a good way to define it, I will hope some mercy will be a part of that system, not a torture chamber for the wicked, but a path to regret and eventually enlightenment and maybe even some form or repentance and redemption when possible.
We should leave behind a legacy for them to draw inspiration from, ideas to explore and a history to be proud of.
Do I have to be a scientist to advance Avatarism forward?
Not at all, tough it seem like science is our best chance, a functioning thriving society is the bedrock upon which technological and scientific advancement is made, being a contributing positive net affect on humanity is more then plenty, try to do no harm, aspire to be useful, live a happy life, help us spread these ideas, education, community service, take part in society, grow your children to be even better then you, if you are fortunate and skillful, give your gift to humanity in any field of research or tech.
A mountain is made of many stones, none is insignificant, it would be ridicules to suggest those at the top are the most important.
